Contacting us
If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the inquiry and follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. If a contract is concluded, your data will be stored for 7 years due to legal regulations (invoicing).

The data provided by you is also required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. We cannot conclude the contract with you without this data.

We store your data

Data for accounting and tax law: 7 years*
Section 132 para. 1 BAO: 7 years beyond that, as long as they are relevant for the tax authority in pending proceedings)
Obligation under company law to retain data in accordance with § 190, 212 UGB: 7 years
Value added tax retention obligation according to § 18 para. 2 3rd subparagraph: 7 years

Data for the fulfillment of the contract:*
Warranty according to § 933 ABGB: 2 years (movable goods)
Purchase price claim for movable property in accordance with § 1062 in conjunction with § 1486 ABGB: 3 years
General damages according to § 1489 ABGB (compensation claims): 3 years (if damage and injuring party are known)

*Your data may also be stored beyond the expiry of standard storage periods as a basis for concluding or fulfilling a contract.

Your data is processed within the EU or the EEA. The appropriate level of protection results from an adequacy decision of the European Commission in accordance with Art. 45 GDPR.

Google Fonts
We use Google Fonts. The Google Fonts are integrated locally on our server – therefore no data is passed on to third parties!

Elementor
With Elementor, cookies are stored in the local storage and session storage of the visitor’s local browser. Elementor is essential on this site and is required for the display of content.

General
Every access to our website and every retrieval of a file stored on our website is logged. The storage serves internal, system-related and statistical purposes. The following is logged: Name of the retrieved file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, web browser and requesting domain. In addition, the IP addresses of the requesting computers are logged.

Links
Our website contains links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot accept any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognizable at the time of linking. However, permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. If we become aware of any legal infringements, we will remove such links immediately.
